Terms of Service

Definitions

"Service" means the Review Spaces website, Admin platform, Photoshop plugin, AI tools, credit system, keys or APIs where applicable, downloads, support, documentation, and related services.

"Plugin" means the Review Spaces AI Tools for Photoshop plugin and any related updates, installers, files, presets, documentation, or downloads.

"Website" means the Review Spaces websites, landing pages, account pages, and related online properties.

"Account" means a registered Review Spaces account or account record used to access the Service.

"Account Key" or "API Key" means any key, token, credential, or identifier used to authenticate access to the Service from the Plugin, web app, or related tools.

"Credits" means prepaid usage units used to access or pay for tools, models, features, or processing within the Service.

"Input" means prompts, images, reference images, masks, settings, metadata, files, instructions, or other materials submitted to the Service.

"Output" means images, edits, upscaled files, descriptions, prompt enhancements, settings, or other results generated or returned through the Service.

"User Content" means Inputs, Outputs, support attachments, communications, and other content you submit, upload, generate, or make available through the Service.

"AI Providers" means third-party model providers and AI services used to provide generation, editing, upscaling, image description, prompt enhancement, or related features.

"Third-Party Services" means third-party AI providers, payment processors, hosting, storage, analytics, email, support, infrastructure, Adobe-related distribution channels, and other services used with or integrated into the Service.

"Team Users" means employees, contractors, collaborators, clients, or other people who use your Account, Account Key, API Key, or Credits with your permission or because you made those credentials available.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, studio, or other organisation, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts, keys and team use

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and billing information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, Account Key, API Key, and related credentials secure.
• The account owner is responsible for all activity, usage, purchases, credit spending, and misuse under the Account, Account Key, API Key, or shared credentials, including activity by Team Users.
• Teams may create and use multiple Keys within the same Review Spaces workspace. Keys may have different model permissions and may be shared with authorised Team Users. The account owner remains responsible for authorised Team Users and all activity, usage, purchases, credit spending, and misuse under those Keys.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, compromise, or misuse.
• We may suspend access, rotate keys, limit usage, or require re-authentication if we suspect compromise, fraud, abuse, excessive load, payment risk, legal risk, or a security issue.

Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Review Spaces grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Plugin and access the Service for your own creative, professional, or internal business purposes.

• You must not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or provide the Service as a managed service or service bureau unless we agree in writing.
• You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or create derivative works from the Plugin, Service, code, models, workflows, or systems except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
• You must not scrape, overload, probe, attack, bypass, or interfere with the Service, credit system, rate limits, payment system, security controls, internal APIs, or provider restrictions.
• You must not attempt to access AI Providers or Third-Party Services directly through Review Spaces credentials or infrastructure.

User content and AI processing

• You retain ownership of your Inputs and User Content, subject to any rights held by your clients, licensors, or other third parties.
• You grant Review Spaces a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process, modify, reproduce, cache, display, store, and otherwise use User Content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, debug, improve, and maintain the Service.
• You understand that Inputs, Outputs, metadata, and job parameters may be transmitted to AI Providers and infrastructure providers to generate, edit, upscale, describe, enhance, or otherwise process images and related content.
• You represent that you have all rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed for the prompts, images, reference images, likenesses, client materials, confidential materials, and other content you submit.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your Inputs, Outputs, and use of the Service comply with applicable law, client agreements, intellectual property rights, privacy and publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, Adobe policies, AI Provider rules, and other third-party terms.
• Review Spaces does not claim ownership of your Inputs. Ownership and usage rights in Outputs may depend on applicable law, the content used, and third-party provider terms. To the extent Review Spaces has any assignable rights in Outputs, Review Spaces assigns those rights to you, subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees.
• Uploaded and generated image files are automatically removed after 24 hours. Other data, including account information, prompts, usage, billing, activity history, and operational records, is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output disclaimer

AI systems are probabilistic and may produce Outputs that are inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, low quality, unusable, non-unique, similar to outputs generated for others, or different from your expectations.

• Review Spaces does not guarantee originality, copyrightability, non-infringement, commercial suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, acceptance by clients or platforms, or that Outputs will be free from third-party claims.
• You must review and validate Outputs before using, publishing, delivering, selling, relying on, or commercially exploiting them.
• You are responsible for decisions made based on Outputs and for any edits, approvals, disclosures, permissions, or legal reviews needed for your intended use.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service, Inputs, Outputs, Account, Account Key, API Key, or Credits for:

• illegal activity or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
• infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorised use of intellectual property, confidential information, personal data, likenesses, or client materials;
• malware, scraping, credential harvesting, security attacks, spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, deceptive activity, or service abuse;
• bypassing or attempting to bypass credits, rate limits, payment systems, usage controls, provider restrictions, or safety systems;
• defamatory, harassing, hateful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content or conduct;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or abuse;
• deepfakes, voice, image, or likeness misuse without appropriate consent, disclosure, and legal basis;
• biometric identification, surveillance, profiling, or tracking where unlawful or inappropriate;
• regulated professional advice, high-risk decisions, or consequential decisions about people where the Service is not designed or authorised for that use;
• any use that violates Adobe policies, AI Provider policies, Third-Party Service terms, or applicable law.

Third-party services and AI providers

The Service depends on Third-Party Services, including AI Providers, payment processors, hosting, storage, analytics, email, support, infrastructure, and Adobe-related distribution channels. Examples may include Google/Gemini, OpenAI, xAI/Grok, Freepik/Magnific, ByteDance/Seedream, Unsplash, Stripe, analytics providers, hosting and storage providers, and email or support providers.

• Third-Party Services may process Inputs, Outputs, metadata, account data, billing metadata, usage logs, and other information under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Review Spaces is not responsible for third-party downtime, rate limits, refusals, safety blocks, no-content responses, delayed or failed jobs, discontinued models, API changes, provider policy changes, pricing changes, model behaviour, model quality, or infrastructure failures.
• We may add, remove, suspend, replace, or change models, providers, features, limits, routing, or infrastructure at any time.

Credits, payments, billing and refunds

• Credits are prepaid usage units for the Service. Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, currency, or a financial product.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we allow otherwise, and may only be used through the Service.
• Credit costs may vary by model, tool, resolution, settings, provider cost, account type, API versus web or plugin usage, promotions, taxes, or other factors.
• We may change credit pricing, usage rates, included features, limits, and packages prospectively.
• Unless otherwise stated, purchased Credits remain valid for 180 days from purchase. Promotional, referral, welcome, or bonus Credits may have separate eligibility or expiry conditions disclosed when they are issued. Credits may also become unavailable after account closure, suspension, or termination, except where prohibited by law.
• If you enable auto-refill, you authorise Review Spaces and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method when your Credit balance falls below the threshold you select and to add the top-up amount you select. You may change or disable auto-refill before a refill is triggered.
• Auto-refill transactions are subject to successful payment processing. Failed or declined payments may prevent a refill or result in auto-refill being disabled.
• Referral, promotional, welcome, or bonus Credit programs may be subject to additional eligibility, timing, purchase, expiry, and anti-abuse conditions communicated with the relevant offer.
• Referral rewards may require a new account created through a valid referral link and a qualifying purchase. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or other attempts to manipulate a referral program are not permitted.
• Referral or promotional rewards may be withheld, cancelled, or reversed where a qualifying purchase is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable offer conditions.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. Review Spaces does not store your full payment card details.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, VAT, currency conversion costs, payment provider fees, and other charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Review Spaces. Failed, blocked, delayed, or unsatisfactory jobs may be reviewed case by case but do not automatically entitle you to a refund or credit return unless Review Spaces confirms otherwise.
• Credits may be deducted when a job is submitted, started, completed, or otherwise consumes provider or infrastructure resources.
• Chargebacks, fraud, suspected fraud, payment failure, or unpaid amounts may lead to account suspension, termination, collection activity, or loss of access to unused Credits, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Availability and service changes

• The Service is provided without any uptime guarantee unless we separately agree in writing.
• The Service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or interrupted due to maintenance, overload, bugs, internet issues, Adobe or Photoshop changes, provider failures, rate limits, model errors, security incidents, or other operational issues.
• Features, models, pricing, credit rates, limits, supported Photoshop versions, Plugin functionality, and availability may change at any time.
• Some features, models, or workflows may be labelled or treated as beta, preview, experimental, or early access and are provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Support

Support is provided through the channels we designate, such as email or in-service support tools. We do not guarantee response or resolution times unless we separately agree in writing.

Intellectual property and feedback

• Review Spaces and its licensors own the Website, Plugin, software, user interface, workflows, systems, documentation, names, branding, logos, trademarks, service design, and related intellectual property.
• Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
• You must not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create competing or derivative services based on Review Spaces, except where these Terms or applicable law expressly allow it.
• If you send us feedback, ideas, requests, or suggestions, we may use them without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.

Confidentiality

You should not submit confidential, restricted, client-sensitive, regulated, or highly sensitive material unless you have authority to do so and accept the processing risks described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Review Spaces will handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, but these Terms do not create a separate non-disclosure agreement unless Review Spaces signs one expressly.

Suspension and termination

• We may suspend, limit, rotate keys, or terminate access to the Service if we believe there is a breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, legal risk, provider requirement, payment issue, chargeback, fraud, security risk, excessive load, operational risk, or risk to Review Spaces, users, providers, or third parties.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your Account through the available account settings or contact support for assistance. Certain data may still be retained where required for billing, tax, security, legal, or compliance purposes.
• On termination, your access may end and unused Credits may be forfeited unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
• Sections concerning payment obligations, credit usage, intellectual property, User Content responsibilities, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, and accrued rights survive termination.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service, Plugin, Credits, models, Outputs, and Third-Party Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Review Spaces disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Review Spaces, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, clients, business interruption, replacement services, wasted spend, or lost opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Review Spaces' total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Review Spaces for the Service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100.

These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability where applicable law does not allow limitation, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review Spaces, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your User Content, Inputs, Outputs, misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement or privacy claims, client disputes, unauthorised team or account use, or use of the Service under your Account, Account Key, or API Key.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may give you rights in another forum, the courts of Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may notify you of material changes by email, website notice, account notice, in-service notification, or by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
