Product & workflow
What is Review Spaces?
Review Spaces helps architects, designers, and visualization teams explore ideas, refine images, and finish visual work faster. Its Photoshop plugin and Admin platform connect creative production with team access, credits, activity, and analytics.
Who is Review Spaces built for?
It is built for architects, interior and product designers, visualization artists, architectural photographers, landscape architects, lighting designers, and creative directors who use Photoshop, independently or as part of a studio.
Why use Review Spaces instead of separate AI platforms?
Review Spaces brings supported AI models into one Photoshop workflow. Your team can change tools or models without switching accounts, subscriptions, interfaces, or billing systems, and without repeatedly exporting and importing images.
Does Review Spaces replace Photoshop?
No. Review Spaces extends Photoshop with focused AI tools. Photoshop remains the center of the visual workflow, so you can keep editing every result there.
What can I do inside the plugin?
You can edit and refine images, explore new camera angles, reframe to new aspect ratios, create variations and moodboards, upscale, generate new images, find references, and remove backgrounds without leaving Photoshop.
How does Admin connect to the plugin?
The plugin and Admin use the same Review Spaces workspace. Work created in Photoshop is reflected in Admin through key activity, credit usage, tools, models, and performance data.
Are any tools free?
Yes. References and Remover are free to use inside the Review Spaces Photoshop plugin.
Setup & teams
How do I install the plugin?
Install it from Adobe Exchange or use the direct download from Review Spaces. Open Photoshop, launch Review Spaces, and complete the short setup to get started.
Do I need an account to use it?
Yes. Create an account in the plugin or through the Review Spaces web app, then use your key to access the tools.
Do I need separate AI accounts or API keys?
No. The supported models are available through Review Spaces. Team members do not need separate model accounts, subscriptions, or API keys.
Can I create and manage an account without Photoshop?
Yes. You can create an account, add credits, manage keys, review activity, and download the plugin directly from the Review Spaces web app.
Can my whole team use the same workspace?
Yes. Your team can work from one Review Spaces workspace with a shared credit balance, while Admin keeps activity and usage visible.
Can I create different keys for teams or departments?
Yes. Create multiple workspace keys for teams, departments, or workflows, then share each key with the right people and track its usage separately.
Can I control which models each key can use?
Yes. Keys can be configured with model access that matches the needs of a team or department.
Credits & visibility
Do I need a subscription?
No. Review Spaces uses prepaid credits. Purchase credits when you need them and use one shared balance across the available tools and integrated AI models.
How does pricing work?
€10 buys 100 credits, shared across your workspace and valid for 180 days. Usage varies by tool, model, resolution, and settings. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Can I see how credits and models are being used?
Yes. Admin shows credit use over time and breaks activity down by model, tool, user, and key, with success rates and action details.
Can I understand my team’s usage and spend from Admin?
Yes. The Dashboard, Analytics, Actions, and Billing views show remaining credits, usage history, activity, purchase records, and invoices so workspace spend stays visible.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Each credit purchase remains valid for 180 days, with credits shared across your workspace until they expire.
Security & data
How long are uploaded and generated images stored?
Uploaded and generated image files are automatically removed after 24 hours. Account information, prompts, activity history, usage, billing, and operational records follow the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Who owns my images and outputs?
Review Spaces does not claim ownership of your creative content. You retain rights to your inputs; rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and provider terms. See the Terms of Service for details.
