By registering for an account or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you through email or via a notification within the Service. Continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

- You retain ownership of any content that you upload to the Service. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of providing the Service.
- We are not responsible for any content posted by users, nor do we endorse any user-generated content.
8. Beta Phase Disclaimer
The Service is currently in beta and is offered free of charge during this period. As the Service is still under development, you acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or other defects, and your use of the Service is at your own risk.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free.
- Review Spaces IKE reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Service during the beta period without notice.
- We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user content or data.
9. Termination and Suspension
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or behavior that disrupts the Service.
- If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to any data or content stored on the Service. We are not obligated to restore any data following termination.
10. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, and content associated with the Service, are owned by Review Spaces IKE or its licensors.
- You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
11. Payment Terms
As the Service is currently in beta, it is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. If we introduce such features, you will be notified of any pricing changes in advance, and you will have the opportunity to continue or terminate your use of the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for using the Service (which, during the beta phase, is $0).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review Spaces IKE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes related to the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service must be brought exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, such as Google Analytics, for tracking and analysis. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services and encourage you to review their terms of service and privacy policies.
16. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
